Better With You In It Bumper Magnet

I absolutely adore the bumper magnets from this store. I’ve ordered twice now and both orders arrived quickly and with the products, a mix of stickers and bumper magnets, in perfect condition. The magnets are the perfect thickness for adhering firmly to the car but are easily removable when needed. Highly recommend.

The magnet is aesthetically cute and makes a nice addition to my office, but they're very thin and hard to peel off once you stick them on because of how little there is to grip. They came shipped in a manilla folder, which was ripped and wide open by the time it got to me. Heavy stack of magnets plus thin mailing folder equals scuffed contents and not a great mailing solution.

I love all of the bumper magnets that I’ve ordered and they were a hit with my friends, but several have creased corners and one is totally smeared and ungiftable. I emailed their orders account about getting an exchange or refund with no reply.
A suggestion with your packaging is that I think you need something thicker like bubble mailers.

I've sent messages via email and Facebook, left multiple comments on Facebook, and left one other bad review and Tender Ghost has not responded to anything. I received my order absolutely shredded and destroyed. Due to inadequate packaging, I received unusable products and it appears this company has more interest in spending money on Facebook ads than on decent customer service. After some investigation it appears this is a recurring issue with them, if they even send your order, which it appears they are not in some cases. It's up to you if you want to gamble on whether you'll receive your order, or if it will arrive destroyed. This is not how to run a small business.
